I’m opening my Union Square studio while I’m away this January. It’s a space shaped by a love of art, culture, and seasons—a real home, not a temporary setup.
In winter, I keep garlands up, candles lit, flowers on the table. The light changes beautifully throughout the day, and the apartment feels especially calm and grounding when it’s cold outside.
*Queen bed in a cozy, semi-separated nook
*Fully equipped kitchen for slow cooking and warm meals
*Clean bathroom with bathtub
*Hardwood floors, plants, books, art, textiles
*About 500 sq ft, thoughtfully laid out—easy, cozy, and warm
Perfect for one person or a couple who enjoys museums, galleries, walks through Union Square Park, and coming home to a space that feels intentional and lived in.
Available January 2026
✨ Option to start 12/30 for a New Year’s Eve stay
This is a place to enjoy winter in New York—quiet mornings, candlelit evenings, and the city right outside your door.
If this feels like your kind of home, feel free to reach out to me
Hi! I’m Anita (she/her). I work in design and project-based creative work, and I love art, culture, museums, music, and thoughtful spaces. I’m pretty organized, calm, and respectful with my home—I care about good energy, light, and treating spaces gently.
This is my own studio apartment, where I live full-time when I’m in New York. I’m the tenant and the main contact. I have a good relationship with my landlord and neighbors, and the building is generally quiet and well cared for.
I’m opening my home while I’m away and looking for someone who’s similarly respectful, clean, and appreciative of a lived-in space.
