Hello! I’m looking to rent my fully-furnished 2nd story, studio apartment in Greenpoint for December, January and February while I'm away. Last few days of November free too. The apartment is on a quiet street and faces the backyard. Neighbors are great, and the space gets sun throughout the day. It's walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars and less than a 10-minute walk to the water. The G train is 2 blocks away.

There is no elevator and the apartment is on the second floor. I have a little projector for movies, a comfy couch, a standing/sitting desk, monitor, speakers, plenty of books to read, and all the kitchen appliances you could need. Laundy is less than a block away.

Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed. I'd like to stay on good terms with my neighbors so no parties or loud music. Wifi and utilities included. I'll make space in the closet and under the bed for storage. It's a studio, so storage is limited.
