I'm looking to sublet my railroad studio apartment in 'Quiet Greenpoint'. The apartment is next to McGolrick Park, and all the cafes, bars and restaurants on Nassau and Driggs Ave.
Located on a quaint residential street of classic wood-frame Italianate apartments. This apartment is located on the ground level. It comes fully furnished, with a large open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, microwave, gas stovetop), built-in closet, queen size bed, roomy lounge area with a tv/movie projector set up, all utilities included.
It's a 10 minute walk to the Nassau G subway stop and McCarren Park. An easy connect to the L into Manhattan. Plus there's access to various bus lines which connect you with South Brooklyn and LIC.
I've been living in Greenpoint since I first moved to NY in 2015. I absolutely love the neighborhood and was so excited to finally find this apartment in 2021. I've created a little haven for myself, and am fortunate to have a landlord that is very house proud and makes the property feel homely.
I'm taking a travel break between jobs and am looking for someone to sublet the property while I am away.
$950pw including all utilities. Security deposit required upfront.
