I am looking for someone to sublet my wonderful Lower East Side studio apartment over the summer.

My apartment is on the sixth floor and gets lots of sunlight. The building has a lift.

My studio is quiet, I have great neighbours, and the bathroom is brand new! The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances.

Everything is very close by! The three bridges and the B, D, J, Z and 6 trains are just a short walk away.

I have a super super comfortable and cozy queen bed.

Its an busy and vivid neighborhood but my apartment is super quiet

Sometimes the fridge does make little sound

Water pressure could be better

Yes and he is super nice !!

Unfortunately no recycling

+ Where do Amazon packages get delivered
Hallway but my landlord is having a super close eye on who is moving in so the neighbors are trustful
