Neighborhood
The express A and local C trains are right across the street—20 minutes to Manhattan. There’s a bodega downstairs, Shake Shack and Chipotle nearby, and two upscale grocery stores within a couple blocks. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, cafés, and bars, making it easy to explore.
A note on construction
The building’s façade is in the final stages of renovation. The balcony is temporarily removed and will be fully reinstalled by the end of the year, along with a brand-new, weatherproof balcony door. Rent has been set with this in mind.

Utilities: Renter pays electricity and internet. Verizon Fios already connected if you’d like to continue service.

I'm an industrial designer with a passion for rock climbing and cooking. I've been living in various parts of Brooklyn for nearly 15 years. Though this beloved studio apartment has been more than just a place to call home, I needed to move into a bigger space since I got married and have a baby boy who is less of a baby day by day. I've got plenty of restaurant recs if you need them. I'm the owner of the apartment and will be showing it to those interested.

I still live in the neighborhood and will be showing the space. The tenants are still living in the apartment but intending to leave mid September.
