About This Lister

I'm the leaseholder! I signed this lease and then had a sudden chance in circumstances, so am subletting it.

If there is ever an issue, I live ~15 min driving from the apartment and am happy to help. There is also an on-site building manager who is extremely helpful.

The building is aware I am trying to sublease the unit.
