It’s a studio apt. It’s less than 2 mins walk to 1 train on 157th station and less than 10 min walk to A and C trains. 25 minutes to midtown.
It’s very close to Columbia University, and to Hudson river parkway, where you can go for walks or runs along the Hudson river and up to the lighthouse near George Washington bridge. Very nice and friendly neighbors. It’s a really nice place, however I have to move for work. Utilities not included in the rent. The building has 6 floors.
