This apartment is in a great neighborhood in Los Feliz which is the Eastside of Los Angeles.

You are in walking distance to Hillhurst which is the area with coffee shops, restaurants, groceries stores. Also a short walk to Griffith Park and The Greek Theater to see live music.

The neighborhood is full of a good community of nice folks in all different age ranges.

The space itself has a washer and dryer on property used by all tenants. It comes with utilities, WiFi, air conditioning included.

The building itself is a 1950’s apartment building with only about 7 units so the neighbors are respectful and quiet.

Wood floors, good lighting and easy to keep clean.

Has a walk in closet, full kitchen and bathroom. If you just wouldn’t mind watering the plants while there :).
