Present Company (www.present-co.com) is an artist run project with a 4000 sq ft space at 254 Johnson Avenue housing 10 artist studios. We currently have one 400 sq ft. studio available Feb 1.

400 sq. ft w/9ft ceilings = $1200/mo all utilities included
*lower level direct street access via 6 stairs.
*this space is great as a share with one or two other artists.

This space has a really nice storage/desk build out in a nook under the stairs with its own lighting and extra electric outlets.

Studios are private and have their own lockable entrance, dedicated lighting, and 4 electrical outlets. There is heating and air conditioning. In the common areas there is a slop sink, bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Renters have 24 hour access and all utilities and wifi are included in the rent.

The building is 1.5 blocks from the Montrose L stop and there are tons of restaurants and bars nearby. It's also walking distance to many bushwick galleries.
