I'm subletting an unfurnished studio in one of the few remaining Williamsburg loft buildings. It makes a great apartment, office, or live/work space. The location is excellent, with several trains nearby and Manhattan less than 10min away.

The space is on the second floor (no elevator). It's open and airy, with high ceilings and two very large windows that let in lots of light. If you have plants, they will thrive here! There's a lofted area above the kitchen that can be used for sleeping or storage.

Rent includes gas and electric - forced air heat you control and window unit AC. There is no dishwasher. Laundry is on the first floor of the building and there's a 24hr laundromat a few blocks away.

These pics are a few years old, but they’ll give you a general idea. I’ve since upgraded the kitchen sink and added light fixtures.

I’m looking for someone who appreciates the building's character, is respectful, reliable, a good communicator and neighbor.
