This is a hands-on role at the center of the studio's daily operations. The right person is organized, sharp, proactive, and genuinely interested in design. You'll be managing multiple moving parts across active projects and need to stay ahead of deadlines.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating vendor and contractor communications across concurrent projects
- Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and open items
- Supporting FF&E procurement, sample management, and product sourcing
- Managing studio scheduling, client meeting logistics, and internal calendars
- Assisting with invoice tracking, proposal organization, and project documentation
- Helping maintain project files, image libraries, and material archives
- Managing the intern program and scheduling
- General studio operations as needed
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in a design, architecture, or creative studio
- Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear, professional communication, written and verbal
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, small team environment
- A quick study who picks up new tools and systems easily
- Proficiency with Design Manager and AutoCAD
- Interest in interior design or architecture is a given
