You are a few minutes walk to all shops at the Oculus and Brookfield place. All subway lines are minutes way and you can be in the heart of Tribeca (Whole Foods included) in 10 minutes. And of course, being on the West-Side Highway in the warm months is a NYC dream!

This is my home and it's never been rented but I'll be gone May-September and would love for the right candidate to enjoy the space and NYC! The unit is a one-bedroom but I'll be renting it as a studio and use the bedroom as my storage. Apt size dimension published is for studio only.
