I'm renting my 420 sf studio in a new 6-unit condo building in north Greenpoint while I'm out of town, which comes with its own 150 sf private roof cabana.

The unit has large windows, high ceilings, and is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dining table and two chairs, a couch, and other seating. It has new appliances, including a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and central heat and AC. The bathroom has a rain shower, a hand shower, and a soaking tub.

The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, a microwave, soda stream, one cup coffee maker, and all the kitchen equipment you'll need, including a cooler, non breakable glasses, plates and utensils that are great for having food and drinks on the roof. There's also a small Roku TV with streaming services. WiFi, all utilities, towels, and linens are included in the price.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building, but a few steps up from street level. There's also an accessibility ramp at the front of the building, so you can get from the street to the apartment without taking any stairs. The roof cabana is on the fourth floor of the building, so does involve taking stairs, unfortunately, as there isn't an elevator.

The roof cabana has solar deck lights, an outdoor sectional sofa, two rocking chairs, and a small outdoor dining table with chairs. It also has with partial views over the East River and Manhattan. Sit in a rocking chair and watch the boats go up and down the river. :)

The apartment is on a super quiet block 7 mins to the G train subway station at Greenpoint Avenue and the ferry stop at India Street. It’s a block away from a pretty park on the East River with beautiful Manhattan skyline views. It's also on the corner of Franklin street, so a short walk to so many of the fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars, and independent stores that Greenpoint has to offer.

This is my home, and in a small, quiet, new building, so I'm looking for one person, or a couple, who will be clean, quiet, and respectful of the space and my neighbors. And, with any luck, water my plants occasionally while I'm away. :)
