Studio sublet available in Windsor Terrace: Nov 5, 2025 - April 4, 2025.

I love my space and have taken a lot of joy in decorating it. I'm looking for someone clean who will take good care of it while I'm gone for 5 months!

I care a lot about the aesthetic - there's plants, LED lights, nice kitchenware, a speaker, etc.

Appliances: air dehumidifier, projector (I sits on the bookcase facing the wall where my bed is), rice cooker, instant pot, toaster, microwave, blender, milk frother.

Location: It's right off of Fort Hamilton Station (<5min walk) on the F/G line, and right next to the Prospect Park. There's a roof on the top of the building you can access. The neighborhood is very calm and residential. Takes < 30mins to get to LES, Soho, Lower Manhattan. Takes 45mins to get to Williamsburg.

No dishwasher, no laundry unit. This is a studio in an older building.
