Pet Policy: 2 pets allowed with a restriction of 50 pounds each. With breed restrictions such as: Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canario's, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, and Wolf-hybrids. The pets mentioned are allowed only if it doesn't do damage to the property or apartment and is not bothersome to the neighbors. Pets must be always kept on a leash while on the building grounds, including rooftops and common areas. Tenants are responsible for their pets' behavior and must ensure that no damage is caused by them. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. If management finds pet waste or any damage caused by a pet, a fee will be charged. Pets cannot be taken into any amenity space other than the rooftop/terraces.
