Looking for a quiet individual who seeks an office, crafts or art Studio in an artist/ maker building, very conveniently located to many subway lines and the Barclays center.
Not good for oil painters or any toxic airborne material such as spray paint, there are walls but open air space.
Good walls for 2D work, one is 14′ hight. There is, Freight elevator, slop sink, bathrooms, common area, coordinated events AND Some storage space included.
People will need to access another space through this studio but we are a respectful serious small group.
Looking for a quiet serious person for a good working environment.
