The Role
>>The Studio Operations Assistant at Joya plays a key role in ensuring our studio and production environments run smoothly as we continue to scale. This full-time, in-office position supports day-to-day operations within the studio & warehouse, with a focus on shipping, logistics and client support.

Key Responsibilities
>>Studio & Warehouse Management
Manage overall functionality & inventory of the physical studio workspace.
Support Leadership with special projects and tasks for clients, partners or the team.
Assist teammates with operational & creative projects that bring Joya’s vision to life.
Assist Production Manager in maintaining the organization of the warehouse.
Support Production Manager in upholding operational standards of the warehouse.

>>Logistics, Shipping & Client Support
Oversee the lifecycle of shipments, from prep to delivery, ensuring their accuracy.
Work closely with Purchasing to ship, receive, and record inventory via SaaS tools.
Manage all shipping docs, such as packing slips, bills of lading, labels and bar codes.
Inspect incoming & outgoing shipments / orders for safety & accuracy.
Identify and resolve shipping issues, escalating to management as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and transport partners.
Communicate with Head of Marketing to manage e-commerce inquiries and orders.
