You will have your own dedicated space on the window side of the studio, which faces east / south-east.

I am a multimedia artist and digital project manager, in the studio part time. I'm flexible about how the other half of the space is used, as long as you don't use toxic materials.

About This Lister

I use the space largely for computer and research time, but sometimes do projects using non-toxic art materials. The studio has quite a bit on the shelves but I leave it fairly neat, and you're welcome to use screens if you want additional privacy, as long as they are movable and don't block all the light.

I've been in the space for several years and have a good relationship with the landlord and the neighboring tenants.
