Hi,
I'm looking to share my current studio in a great building in Gowanus neighborhood. I rent one half of this space which I have shared with another artist for about 8 years. There is a partial wall that divides the studio and both spaces have a window. I am a mixed media artist and children's book illustrator. Looking for someone who is respectful, easy going, and uses non toxic materials (no oil paint preferrably). I am there mostly during the weekdays. I'm about to renew the lease so would love to find someone who wants to stay for a year as this would be a sub-lease.
Thanks!
