Shared studio space in 1717 Troutman right off the L train Jefferson Street stop. Move in date as soon as April 1, 2026. There's a shared slop sink, 24 hr building access, freight elevator and an amazing roof deck. Please take note that this is a work space only. No living! The studio currently has 3 walls as pictured. There is an electrical outlet in the space.
Two walls are 12 ft long and the back wall is 78 inches wide. The shortest wall pictured is 8ft tall.
About This Lister
All of the artists that are in this space are busy working jobs in the arts and all have varying days/hours at the studio. We are a studio of 9 artists (mainly oil/acrylic painters), and we are looking for someone quiet and respectful that will not make a lot of dust or noise. We do like talking with each other from time to time, but for the most part, we are in our studios with our headphones on and looking for someone similar.

We are looking to rent to one person at $440 a month. Security deposit required to move in (equal to one month's rent). It's about 80 square feet in an open space in a larger shared space.
Studio rent goes up 5% every year (per building management's lease renewal) in the summer so in July 2027 rent will increase by about 5%. (Note: the amount listed will NOT increase in July 2026.)
