I have a lovely studio near the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Aprox 600sq ft with heat/A/C included, work table, sink and sewing/textile equipment (can be shared or removed)
I am unable to use studio regularly due to a change in my full time job.
I am looking for a 1/3 share (with current subletter- each pay $600) or a full sublet $1400 (or tbd). I would love to maintain some access/storage but this is negotiable.
It is a lovely space, excellent building, and great landlord.
