Only a few tenants in the building make it a quiet place to live, and the very kind landlord lives upstairs.. 3 blocks from the Hudson River waterfront, 3 blocks from both the Houston St stop and the W 4th St stop, it's quite literally in the middle of the village.. Great restaurants, cafes, and bars all around.. Just want someone who will take care of and enjoy the space/artwork/books..
