I’m going to LA for work and looking for someone responsible and respectful to stay in my place.. Cozy but spacious, working fireplace in living room, A/C + ceiling fans, SmartTV, internet, rooftop garden (in summer), laundry in basement, dry cleaning next door, designer decor, very comfortable space to live in.. Only a few tenants in the building make it a quiet place to live, and the very kind landlord lives upstairs.. 3 blocks from the Hudson River waterfront, 3 blocks from both the Houston St stop and the W 4th St stop, it's quite literally in the middle of the village.. Great restaurants, cafes, and bars all around.. Just want someone low-maintenance who will take care of and enjoy the space/location..
