My sister and I have loved living in this building for the past three years. It’s truly a special place with a welcoming community. The doormen are always kind and go out of their way to help, and the live-in super is incredibly responsive, often solving any issue within the hour!
The building is cozy, modern, and well maintained, with fantastic amenities and an unbeatable location. The neighborhood is full of great options, and with the subway, bus, and ferry nearby, getting around the city is easy and convenient. The only reason we’re moving is that my sister is moving in with her partner - otherwise, we’d happily stay forever!
My sister and I are moving and are looking for someone to take over the apartment, though you will be signing a new lease directly with the building.
