Hi there! We're Ben and Ana and we're relocating to Upstate NY for work, which is the primary reason for assigning/leaving our lease early. We absolutely love this apartment and building. We've been here 3 years (between 2 apartments) and the staff, upkeep, and location are second to none. You are right in the middle of the best restaurants, shops, and train lines strategically between Fort Greene and Prospect Heights, blocks from both parks.
We're both working professionals (I'm in real estate, Ana is in academia), and will miss this apartment dearly. The 00 line (we're on the 39th floor) is the best 1 bdrm layout in the building with stunning sunset views, and a well laid out kitchen/living area. Per the listing, we have a washer/dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances with full dishwasher, and an enormous walk-in closet in the king sized bedroom.
