Two private bed/baths in a breathtaking family-friendly historical parlor floor home with 12 foot ceilings, located in the historical Mansion Row street of Clinton Hill, near Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Bushwick. Designed by Belgian architects, this house spares no expense. You will find many design details in this space that have been featured in Architectural Digest.

The front living-room features a couch and office with a beautiful oversized window that overlooks a charming brownstone street. This room features the original fireplace (non working) from the 1860's. This room has a closing door and a pull out double bed with brand new foam mattress that can accommodate more guests if needed, with comfy foam mattress. A toddler bed (pack-n-play) can be set up here.

The first bathroom has a well-designed stand-up shower, sink, and toilet.

The kitchen and den have a couch, dining table, and an eat in kitchen, complete with and OLED TV.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, two side tables and an en suite bathroom complete with a breathtaking soaking tub and a shower.

I will be asking for ID and a social media account or facetime if you wish to rent. Minimum 5 nights. Quiet pets OK.
