This duplex has been my home for a few years, a cozy, thoughtfully curated space filled with good energy, plants, books, art, and warm textures. If you’re someone who appreciates intentional design, comfort, and a space with personality, you’ll feel right at home here.
The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready. The main level includes an open living space with a large smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen (spices, cookware, pantry essentials included), a dining/work nook, and beautiful lighting and décor. Downstairs you’ll find the bedroom, bathroom, and direct access to a private backyard. There's in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central A/C, a gym in the building, and concrete floors throughout that keep the space cool and modern.
This is a well-maintained 30-unit building with an elevator and a live-in super on site. The building is accessed via code, and the apartment uses a traditional key. Both entry points to the duplex are easily accessible, and the elevator provides convenient access to both floors of the unit.
Located on the border of Crown Heights and Bedford-Stuyvesant, the apartment is close to everything: great cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, yoga studios, and markets. The apartment is walking distance to: A/C, S, 2/3/4/5 trains, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. It's an easy commute to Manhattan and walkable to beautiful green spaces.
Hi! I’m Melissa (she/her). I’m a Brooklyn-based filmmaker and creative producer, and this apartment is my primary residence. I’ll be traveling for a few months, so I’m subletting while I’m away. I’m organized, communicative, and keep my space clean and intentional — plants watered, books in rotation, and everything in its place. I’ll be showing the apartment before the rental begins and will remain your point of contact during the stay if you need anything or have questions.
