The building is between Broadway & East 4th st. (5 minute walk from N,R,W,B,D,F & 6). The location is excellent, in-between Soho, East Village and Greenwich Village, next to Washington Square Park.

Working professional moving away for a few months during the winter period. My husband and i have been here for 6 years and could not be happier.

The place is immaculate and well kept. There is plenty of free wardrobe space and the place is fully furnished.

We have excellent relationships with the landlords and our neighbors.

The apartment is located in a prime location in the heart of Noho with East Village, Soho and West Village on your doorstep. Even still, the apartment is away from the noise from the streets.
