Subletting my 1bdr partment on a quiet, tree-lined street right at the border of Clinton Hill and Fort Greene. It’s a bright, comfortable space that I’ve put a lot of care into - calm, warm, and very tastefully curated.

The apartment is a 5th loor walk-up (no elevator), which means good light and privacy. The living room gets great natural light and looks out onto trees. It’s very cozy and perfect for folks who may be hybrid or work from home - there is plenty of room to work, relax, and just be comfortable.

It comes fully furnished with pieces I really love and use every day, a Technics OG record player, speakers, a large flat screen with Apple TV, a solid work table, and a good collection of books and records that you’re welcome to enjoy.

The bedroom is simple and cozy, with a full-size bed and storage. The bathroom is clean and updated, and has a skylight that brings in a lot of light.

The block itself is very quiet and serene, but you’re right near everything; the iconic Mike’s Coffee Shop and Dinner Party are steps away, DeKalb Ave is close, and Fort Greene Park is about a 10 minute walk. Transit is super chill, as the apt is justt a few minutes to the Clinton-Washington G, walkable to the C, Barclays Center, and the DeKalb Ave station.

I’m looking for someone responsible and thoughtful who will treat the space with care, and as though it’s their own.

I’m also open to short sublets, i.e by the week (minimum), though i prefer someone to sublet the duration of the time.. Feel free to reach out if you're interested, and we can explore what might work :)
