APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires approval from building management
- $20 for the non-refundable credit application fee
- Provide a copy of state ID and proof of income to building management
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The interested party will be required to place a $500 deposit once the application is approved
- This deposit is to confirm the sublease and continue the sublease process; it will be applied to the rent due (i.e., the remaining balance to pay for rent is $3,400)
- In the event of cancellation by the sublessee: 1) If the sublessee cancels 31+ days before the sublease start date, the deposit will be refunded 2) If the sublessee cancels within 30 days of the first day of the sublease, the deposit is non-refundable
- Sublessee will be required to sign a sublease agreement and provide a security deposit (more specifics provided in the sublease agreement)

- No smoking inside.
- Prefer no pets; however, may consider pending situation
