This home is an extension of who we are as beings and artists. Everything brought into our home has a story behind it, whether it be from travels around the world or hard bargaining on facebook market place.

We ask that anyone who comes into our home respects it as if it were there granmas’- shoes off. No loud noises on the ground.
(we have a contentious relationship with our neighbor below, she’s in her 70’s and will knock with a broom if your shoes are on or if you’re too loud past 10/11pm. Which also means No Parties!

As this is New York City known for lil ratatouilles and other critters so please make sure not to leave dishes in sink or food on the floor.

This is a 4/20 friendly house hold. We will have ashtrays at your disposal. If you smoke cigarettes please do so by the window and make sure to use incense.

About the neighborhood:

Situated in Flatbush, Brooklyn- home to the rich and vibrant Afro Caribbean diaspora.

Located only 7min walking from prospect park( Central Park of Brooklyn) if you want a calm meditative stroll, a jog, a bike ride or even sitting by the water. Also a very cute place for a date!

7 min walk from the subways( B,Q, 2, 3) that get you into manhattan in 30min.

A bunch of Citi bike stations around. Highly recommended if you’re trying to get anywhere in Bk in like 25-30min.

This neighborhood will also speak to a foodie’s heart, you can go on a pattie or double tasting spree! Enjoy fresh coconut or sugar cane juice, delicious Haitian food, Ital food, Trini food( will forward you a list of our personal faves)

There’s also a myriad of grocery stores with fresh produce and a farmers market on the weekend at Grand Army Plaza.

This is also a very family oriented respectful neighborhood that quiets down at a reasonable hour, where one feels safe walking down the street at anytime.

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions.
