*This sun-drenched, fully furnished space comes with everything you need for comfortable city living—hardwood floors, fresh paint, and A/C, The kitchen includes a microwave, stove, fridge, air fryer, and French press for your morning coffee. You'll have ample storage with empty drawers and closet space with hangers for your belongings, if you need.

*Located in a single-floor building with no downstairs neighbors (above a recently closed business), the apartment offers remarkable peace and quiet. The amazingly soundproof windows ensure tranquility at night despite the prime Sunset Blvd location. Stay comfortable year-round with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

*Convenient in-building laundry is just down the hallway ($2.50-$3.00 per wash). Access is simple with keyed entry (provided via lockbox) and a security code for the back entrance. Building has one small flight of stairs at both front and back entrances.

*Your neighbors are mature, quiet professionals who respect the building's peaceful atmosphere - no parties, no smoking, no pets, please.

I'll remain easily reachable throughout your stay for any needs that arise.

Dodger Stadium is just minutes away, and parking is surprisingly easy.
