My apartment is located in a modern, new building (built in 2022) in a prime location in Glendale on the border of Atwater Village. The apartment is modern and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer in unit and a small balcony. There is a building manager onsite (office is on the first floor) Monday-Friday during office hours.
The apartment will be fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a sofa in the second bedroom (sleep sofa), a sectional sofa in the living room, a dining room table and 2 chairs, two desks, a TV, and kitchen supplies. Street parking is abundant in this neighborhood but if you want to park in the building's garage, we can discuss getting you a permit to do so. All utilities are included in the rent.
I love the view from my living room window, where I can look out on the mountains and the pool/jacuzzi area. It feels like living at a resort. There is fully equipped, two storey gym that you can use in the building as well as a bbq area, a pool, and a jacuzzi. There's an elevator and secure entry (a key card) is needed to enter the building. Atwater Village, filled with bustling shops, restaurants, and bars is a 15 minute walk. The Americana and Glendale Galleria (a mall with luxury stores) is a 25 minute walk or a 7 minute drive. And the infamous Griffith Park/Griffith Observatory is just a 10 minute drive away.
