- living room : a firm futon queen size sofa from ABC home. Upright piano for music lovers. It opens to the kitchen and has a separate entrance from the hallway.
- kitchen : eat in kitchen with full size 4-6 seats dining table. (photo shows 4 seating, it has extension leaf for 6 seating) equipped with full cooking tools such as frying pans, instant pot, air fryer, gas oven, filtered water.
- 1 bathroom
- private foyer and hallway
- laundry room : washer & dryer in unit providing both convenience and comfort.

AC in the bedroom and kitchen which covers living room.
