Many popular restaurants are in the vicinity in Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy, easy access to all of NYC via G subway or buses, plus walking, biking to Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Pratt sculpture garden, Navy Yard. CitiBikes 1 block away.

First floor of the duplex is street level (wheelchair accessible), has kitchen/ living room plus primary bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom. Downstairs has two bedrooms (one queen bed, one full), plus family room and 2nd full bathroom. Patios are on both floors, completely private.

I'm a solo parent who works in media and education, with two musician kids (one in college, one in high school). This is our full-time home, so there's no flexibility in dates beyond what's listed due to the school year calendar.

Our lovely home is fully stocked with all furnishings of a comfortable, family abode, including some musical instruments if you are so inclined to jam - just take good care of them!
