Details here: One bedroom, one bath, fully furnished, private apartment avail for sublet in Hamilton Heights area - Manhattan, NYC. A/B/C/D trains to 145th.

About the building: Recently renovated, nice, clean and quiet. Walk up. The apt is on the 5th floor. You have to walk up 4 flights to get into the apartment. We have shared laundry on the ground level of the building. We also have a cute shared backyard.

About the apartment: The apt is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath. You will be in the apartment by yourself. The apartment has a clean bathroom with a tub/shower, a full kitchen will stainless steel appliances, and a living room with 2 couches and a desk. I am looking for someone who is pretty much only coming with their clothes, and personal items. There is no room for anything else, so please don't bring additional furniture.

About the bedroom: The room has a Queen sized Casper mattress with a beautiful wood bed-frame from CB2, 3 big beautiful windows, an AC unit, a ceiling fan... The room gets GORGEOUS natural light! The windows face west, so you get the afternoon glow and the sunset.

About the area/subway: I have lived in the apartment for a few years myself. It's very convenient and quiet. The apt is 2 blocks away from 4 train lines... Closest subway stop is 145th... The A/D (Express) and the B/C (Local) run there. If you take the A/D it goes 145, 125, 59... So you get to 59th Street in just 2 stops. The neighborhood is budding! We have a bunch of new bars, restaurants, coffee stops, yoga studios all within a few blocks... Within 5 blocks there is a Super Foodtown Supermarket, a Duane Reade drugstore, Starbucks, as well as multiple independent coffee shops, and a swimming pool that is open to the public for free (Google Jackie Robinson Park and Pool)

If you are into small, cute, businesses then look up the following on google maps; Manhattanville Coffee, Sugar Hill Cafe, Oma Part 1, Oma Part 2, Briciola Harlem, The Edge Harlem, L'Artista, Roberta's Fine Dining, Fumo, Oso, Clove, Tsion Cafe, Benyam, The Inn, ROKC, Bird In Hand, Ponty Bistro, Hamilton Hall, Trufa, Harlem Public, Bono Trattoria, The Chipped Cup, Lucille's, The Honey Well, UpDog Yoga Studio, ID Hot Yoga Harlem & more… These are just a few of the places within walking distance in the neighborhood.

Whole Foods and Traders Joe's are one stop away at 125th Street. There is a 2nd accessible Whole Foods at 96th Street, and a 3rd one at 59th Street... Which is off the same train line (The A/D express from 59th to 145th)

Monthly Cost: $2,395 per month. Plus Spectrum ($75) & ConEd (Varies depending on usage.) One month security deposit required and first month of rent upfront.
