The Room:
- $1300/month
- $1300/security deposit
- Unfurnished (includes an IKEA Kleppstad dresser)
- You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate
- Sublet takeover from early October to mid-November 2025 through August 31, 2026 (flexible start date)

I moved to NYC in December of last year and I’ve loved living in this apartment! I’m moving on to my own space in the city, and looking for a friendly and outgoing person to take over my sublease agreement.

Move in start date is flexible, as I am trying to line up my next apartment as well.
