Last minute sublet starting January 15 to February 28, with flexible start and end dates. This is our primary residence, but we’ll be out of town for a bit, so it has all the amenities that a comfortable home would - ample cook wear, nice blankets, beds, and furniture, and spaces to relax. The location is extremely walkable, with lots of shops etc on Commercial. The home has the following:
-Primary Bedroom with en suite, king bed, walk in closet (pictured, but will be empty)
-Secondary bedroom with detached bathroom with tub. Room had a stackable twin bed that can be separated for two twins or pushed together for a king, and a desk, chair, and standard closet
-Office with large comfortable chair and large work surface
-Downstairs has a kitchen with all the amenities, including wine fridge and coffee setup as well as living room with large couch, mounted tv, and fake fireplace (but still gives off heat!)
-Outside there is a porch and small patch of green, but not quite the bbq season!
Street parking, no permit.
