Work area and desk in loft-niche with a fabulous blue velvet couch.

It's on a main street but is library quiet. Have had some wonderful subletters from as near as Manhattan and as far as New Zealand.

It is a superb location for work and play in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

3 blocks to the Clinton-Washington stop on the C Train, 6 to G train, 10 minutes to all B/D/2/3/4/5/N and LIRR at Atlantic Terminal.

Walking distance to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, farmer's market (Saturdays), all cafes, restaurants, ice cream, bakeries, wine stores and bars on Washington, Vanderbilt, Franklin and Fulton Avenues.

It is furnished exactly as you see it in the pictures and well stocked with glassware and kitchen needs.

Cleaner required every month 2x minimum. I have one who does the halls and knows the space - please pay her directly. Laundry has to be sent out to the various super efficient services I can recommend that as well as restaurants cafes - you name it - in the area.

Please return apartment and contents in condition received. And enjoy! Dates are somewhat negotiable if needed.
