The house is a charming, light-filled 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a backyard in inner NE Portland, a beautiful residential neighborhood in the heart of the city. It is located across the street from Grant Park, within walking distance of fun restaurants and business districts like Fremont, Alberta, and 28th. You can easily access all parts of Portland from this neighborhood — it’s extremely walkable and is filled with trees and green spaces.

There is an ADU in the backyard that I rent out to a single (quiet, responsible) tenant.
