I’ll be in the Bay Area performing in a show and am subletting my fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment during this time. The apartment is peaceful, well-designed, and located in a highly walkable area on the Hollywood / West Hollywood border between Sunset Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd.

The apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and electric kettle. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a 64-inch TV and surround sound. The bedroom features a king-size bed with a new foam mattress, blackout curtains, a 32-inch TV, and ample closet space (cleared for the subletter). The bathroom has modern finishes and includes a bidet.

Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, a stand-up desk, dining table, 24-hour laundry in the building, and a dedicated parking spot with EV charging availability. The building is quiet and well managed.
