Hi, I’m Phoebe 👋 I'm an Aussie expat and have been in NYC since 2013 (with a stint as a digital nomad for a few years).
I’ve been living in Astoria since October 2024 and love the neighborhood’s mix of community feel and great food spots - I'll be sure to share my favorites with you. I’m a big fan of travel, wine, and exploring NYC’s restaurants and cultural events.
I keep my apartment clean, comfortable, and fully stocked, so you’ll have everything you need for an easy stay while I’m away for the holidays. Looking for someone considerate and responsible who will enjoy the space and treat it with care.

* No sub-subletting.
*Full rent upfront
*No smoking inside
*No parties/events
