I’m subletting my cozy and bright one-bedroom apartment in Astoria while I’m away for the holidays. The apartment is fully furnished and turnkey — just bring your suitcase.

* Washer/dryer in unit (rare and convenient!)

* Open living room with smart TV and plenty of natural light

* Queen bed with comfortable mattress.
(can also leave an air mattress if needed to fit two more people in the living room.)

* Fully equipped kitchen (all celiac-safe / gluten-free appliances and cookware)

📍 Location: The apartment is in Astoria, a friendly neighborhood full of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. The nearest subway is a 10 minute walk (N/W line) or you can take the bus to the F. Easy access to Manhattan but with a quieter, neighborhood feel.

📅 Dates: December 24, 2025 – January 8, 2026

💰 Rent: $2,800 for the full stay (utilities + Wi-Fi included)
