The area is charming and walkable — a one-minute walk to Rosie’s General, Brunette Wine Bar, Kingston Wine Co., Savona’s, Ship to Shore, etc. You can even see the Rondout Creek from several windows.

Layout:
• Downstairs: Open layout with kitchen, dining and living room
• Upstairs: 1 bathroom (with tub), 2 bedrooms (one will remain closed as my storage room)
• Basement: Available for additional storage

Other Notes:
• Not ideal for someone with dog allergies
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Looking for someone respectful (my home is my sanctuary)
• Dates are very flexible, and staying longer is a possibility
