Hello!! I love my place and neighborhood! I am working on a project out of town for Aug and Sept and possibly throughout the fall and winter and was looking to see if there was someone needing a space. I am around the corner from Pioneer Works, end of the block is the ferry, across the street the B61. Citibikes are abundant in the area as well. And neighborhood staples like San Pedro's, Ice House, Home BBQ, Brooklyn Clam and Sonny's are across the street or about a 10 min walk. My place is a large railroad that has east and west exposures. Great light. From the kitchen window you can see the Statue of Liberty and the Queen Mary when she docks. I am on the top floor of an older building. 4th floor walk up. Fully furnished but will make room in closet and drawers for you. I have espresso machine, vitamix, crock pot and most what you need for cooking as I make all my own meals here. All utilities are included in rent. Fast wifi as well.

I will be showing the space but if you're out of town and can't get here till after I leave I have people who can show you the space and be any point person you need here. I am friendly with everyone in the building. It's not a party spot but a great place to chill.
