Tons of great restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment entrance is away from the street, with benches outside, as well as flowers. Creates a level of calm and tranquility when leaving the apartment! Hardwood floors.The apartment living room and kitchen are both furnished.

Move in date: Sept 1st, I will be out of town and get back on September 1st later in afternoon. *Can arrange drop off of keys prior to move in date.* 

Move out date: Flexible. Open for to 4-5 month sublease. If going well, option to extend.
