I live in a one bedroom with an office (+ 2 private terraces). Washer, dryer and dishwasher in unit. Central AC. 4th floor walk up.
On the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint. 5min walk to McCarren park. 10min walk to G/L.
I'll be away for work over the course of 6 months so I am looking for someone who can stay for a minimum of the dates listed with the potential to extend. Happy to discuss options.

I'm looking for a respectful tenant, who is in search of a chill oasis in the center of the hustle & bustle. Someone who will be a conscientious subletter, as this is my home & I love my space dearly. Goes without saying, but no parties.
I will ask that you sign a basic sublet agreement, as well as a deposit that you will have returned back to you after your stay.
