-Though the "TV room" (with projector!) can be used as an additional bedroom. It has a built in sofa that is made of 3 twin beds.
-A detached artist studio with a drafting table, slop sink, and a queen sized mattress for guests.
-1 bathroom
-Giant living room with tons of natural light and books.
-Beautiful kitchen and dining room.
-Patio / courtyard between main bedroom and studio space perfect for out door dining.
-Front porch with Adirondack chairs where you can look at the front garden with wild Los Angeles flora and wave to the friendly neighbors walking their dogs. There are some steps to get up to the front porch and a couple more to get into front door.
-House filled with custom furniture and original paintings.
-Located on Angelus and Berkeley, near several sets of Silverlake steps that take you right down to Silverlake blvd with restaurants, coffee, shopping, and the Silverlake reservoir and dog park. About a 20 minute walk to Echo Park blvd where you can grocery shop at Cookbook or get coffee at Canyon Coffee.
-If it's a match, we can talk about renting my 2013 Prius for an additional fee during your stay.
-Cleaner comes twice a month.
-Looking for a person, couple, or family who will appreciate and take good care of the house while I'm away for work.

About This Lister

-I am an actor and director, relocating to New York for the winter and spring to work on a play. I have owned the house since 2020.
-I will be in Los Angeles for some of November and December and can show it to you myself. If I'm not in town, I can arrange a visit with a friend.
-I cook a lot, so the kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook.
-Looking for a trustworthy person or family that will take good care of the house while I'm gone. I never sublet my place. I'm not a landlord. So I'm ideally looking for artist types that can go through this arrangement in good faith with me.
-The cost covers my mortgage, property taxes, insurance, security, utilities, cleaning, and gardening fees. I'm not in this to profit. Just trying to not hemorrhage money while I go work on a passion project for zero money for several months.
