Offering a sublet for Lower East Side 1bd 1bath for Sept 1-Dec 1. Would also consider extending longer if it is working out for both of us.
Queen bed, bathtub. Great WFH set up. Looking for a responsible sublet who has a clean/healthy lifestyle and who can keep some plants watered.
East River park is your backyard. Trader Joe's/Target/CVS down the street, 24/7 bodega, supermarket on the corner. Closest trains are F/M/J/Z , also easily accessible by 3 buses out front or Citibike rental. 10 minute walk to dimes square.
Current tenant: "I have decided to sign a lease on a boring apartment that isn't nearly as wonderful as this one".
