Hello!

We are a family of 3 looking to sublet our 2-3-bed apartment while we are away this summer. (Warning: it comes with a cat, so cat people only, please!)

Walkable to Prospect Park. Perfect for a visiting family with kids. Our son is 6 and has lots of books, legos, robots, balls, a bike, a treehouse...

Dates:

$1k for 1 week Sat June 27 through Sun July 5

$2k for 2 weeks Fri/Sat Aug 21-22 through Sat Sept 5

(This rate is 20% off our weekly rent+bills cost in exchange for the cat care).

2 cargo e-bikes with kid seats available for additional fee

Cat care involves: infrequent feeding and litter change, minimal petting and play (the cat is elderly and kind of cranky).
