Seeking summer tenant for our 2 BR furnished Clinton Hill apartment for June 15 - Sept 15. Our apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, large farm style table, great pots and pans, and original tin ceiling. Downstairs you'll also find a spacious comfortable living space with an excellent stereo and TV, and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two extra large, sunny bedrooms. You'll have sole access to a brick patio garden in the backyard, with a table and chairs and a small charcoal BBQ.

Our lovely, historic Brooklyn neighborhood is 10 minutes walking distance to Fort Greene Park, where there is an outstanding Farmers Market on Saturdays. The Clinton Hill/Fort Greene neighborhood has a diverse range of markets, restaurants and useful shops, including a good full-sized supermarket one block away. We're also a block from the art/architecture college Pratt Institute, where the peaceful gorgeous campus flower and sculpture gardens are open to the public for strolling.

We are a short 2 1/2 block walk to the G train at Clinton Washington. There is also a Citibike station 1/2 block from our house.

The rent is $3,050/month. Utilities are $275/month which includes wifi and all other utilities, and security deposit is $1,500.
